Our next meeting on 5th August will be a special triple format. Firstly we will be running the Committee Meeting followed by the AGM and finally the General Meeting.

All members will receive the weekly meeting reminder that will detail all the proceedings. We encourage all members to attend the AGM and to be included in the voting process for all committee positions.  Its not as bad as you might think and anyone one new considering a position will be supported along the way, drawing on experience from past position holders.

After the AGM we will run the General Meeting which will be the normal fun stuff that we are accustomed to. Bring along anything new, builds in progress and any new ideas to make our meetings even more interesting.
