Michael Turner has completed an exhaustive break down of the new MENG Dr.1. This will prove extremely valuable when tackling this wonderful kit.

7th July 2019 – Painting Figures

Michael and Martin presented a tutorial based on what is needed to paint realistic figures. This was not an actual SBS, but rather a usable summary of the terrific Calvin Tan DVDs on figure painting. This covered the paints and the general painting process using Vallejo and Scale 75 acrylics. Brushes and techniques, simple tricks and a discussion of using oil paints were well covered. Handouts were also passed around which helped with many of the general discussions. Keep in mind that the handouts are really a summary of the products used for video contents and not an SBS.
